Assistant Manager Trainee
Brief Description Of Positions Responsibilities and Duties:
The responsibilities of the day to day operations of our stores are looked after by the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities are to ensure the stores profitability through sales and customer service, that all company policies and procedures are adhered to, and that the skills of all associates of the company are being developed. The store management must achieve these goals while maintaining their own personal sales statistics. As an assistant manager trainee, you will be taught how to look after the complete operations of a store.

Our delivery specialists are the last contact that our customers have with the store, and as a result are responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service. They are responsible for maintaining the company vehicles, for ensuring that our warehouses and showrooms are always kept stocked and clean, and for delivering and picking up products from our customers.

Our accounts managers are responsible for contacting customers that are past due to make arrangements for them to either make their payment or return the product while providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that we keep them as our customer. They are responsible for organizing the runs for our on the road collectors, for taking payments from customers that come into our stores, and for doing other administrative tasks.

At Mac Frugal's, we have many different Administrative positions, including our Inventory Controller who is responsible for ordering and receiving of inventory while maintaining the integrity of our inventory, our Accounts Administrator who is responsible for taking payments from customers that come into our stores and for doing different administrative tasks to help the sales staff ship their product, and our Accounts Payable (Bookkeeper) position who is responsible for the timely paying of all of our bills and for providing us with meaningful reports in a timely manner.

Our on the road collectors are responsible for contacting customers that are past due by visiting them at their residence in an effort to make arrangements for them to either make their payment or return the product while providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that we keep them as our customer.
